Sandeep Patel I have been coming to the black horse for a number of years. What makes this place special Is the service which is always outstanding. Anna always greets me with the warmest smile. Also a shout out to Lauren. Amazing team all round.

Sana N We have been to Shaam quite a few times, but this day was the best. The food was amazing, everyone wanted to go for seconds. The service was amazing, we were served by M. All needs were met and M was incredibly kind.

Sheble Nomane Gentlemen served me was very nice, I will be back to have fish thali again, not too spicy what ai like, rice and curry top up at no additional cost. Full now. I recommend this place.

The meat was incredibly tender and juicy, full of real flavor — not greasy, not dry, just perfectly cooked. The bread was fresh and warm, lightly crisp on the outside and soft inside. The vegetables were crisp and fresh, and the sauces were perfectly balanced, enhancing the flavor rather than overpowering it. The portions were generous and great value for the quality. Even more impressive was the service — polite, welcoming, and efficient. You genuinely feel like a valued customer, not just another order number. The place was spotless and well-organised, which says a lot about the care they put into everything they do. I’ll definitely be coming back and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for authentic, high-quality Turkish food.

Ghost Boy I was craving for late breakfast as I was on my work run. Stopped by this place and ordered the food you can see in the pic. Must say it was very deliciously made and the hospitality of the staff member was excellent. A very polite individual. I definitely recommend this branch. 10/10

Vanessa Careddu Really chill spot at the back of a Chinese supermarket. My boyfriend and I tried a few dishes and everything was so good! We had the congee, wonton soup, pork bao, and scallop dim sum. The bao were amazing — super fluffy and tasty! The staff were friendly and attentive. Would definitely go back.
