A massive thank you to Sam for the extra support and service, which was top-tier, but the personal touch really makes all the difference. ​A special shout-out to Viki, who was an absolute lifesaver for me, my wife, and our toddler. She’s helped us out before, and her kindness and "nothing is too much trouble" attitude made our time so much easier. Great memory for recognise us after some time, as is her welcome and personal tounch. We’ll definitely be back!

5 /5 Tina Wolf: Wonderful night out. Sam at the reception was very welcoming and accommodating. Teo at the restaurant was very courteous, Serhii was very attentive and Sebastian made great drinks. Food was amazing and staff very knowledgeable.

5 /5 Alison Stitt: Just returned from the bistro today. Awake for my husband. Following a private cremation. We love this bistro, we love this hotel change. We especially love Tunbridge Wells. This is one of my husband’s favourite places to eat, and the staff here today was simply amazing. I’m afraid I can’t remember the name, but a huge thank you to the lovely Polish lady who served us. Your kindness meant a lot to us on this special day. Thank you. We will return, we love coming here. The food was delicious, we love the decor, so thank you. X

2 /5 Mary Collins: Four of us met for lunch at The Hotel du Vin in Tunbridge Wells yesterday, Sunday 28th September. We were kept waiting for some time before being seated but were then served with drinks fairly promptly. The French Market Table was very good but the main course was very disappointing. Three of us had beef, which was tough and the roast potatoes were hard. The chicken was ok but again the roast potatoes were hard. There were only three choices for a sweet, which included ice creams and sorbets and a cheese board which incurred a price supplement. We ate what we could of the main course but told the waiter that we were not happy with it. He apologised and said he would inform the kitchen. Nothing more was said, no apology from the kitchen or anyone else. We will not be returning.
