4 /5 Nardee Warneke: Nice atmosphere and the food was as expected: - chicken was a little dry but otherwise tasty enough - lemon tart base a little overcooked but the icecream was surprisingly well suited - for GBP3.50 for tea, was definitely expecting loose leaf 10% service charge which seems to be the norm around here. Service was satisfactory.

2 /5 Vieran Hodko: Alright since there is nothing nearby. Overpriced. « Uniquely British » is what got us in. But the fish (and particularly chips) was a combination of undercooked and soggy. The Wagyu burger patty was tasty but the rest was just messy. The bun was stale. Agree with previous comments regarding the price, has Hard Rock hotel/ American vibes but the price value is not there.

2 /5 Julian Borg-Barthet: It’s a hotel bar so I feel guilty about the 3 stars. The service, they did very well for the chaos… almost exceptionally well as I was aiming low. But the food for the price is very pedestrian. I still don’t know after spending almost £40 for a glass of wine and a burger that it had to be that small, that basic, and also giving me half a very small bowl of coleslaw. I mean wtf?! I just want to say that I came to the bar to eat AGAIN as the “Italian” restaurant in the hotel was so bad and the food so small that I had to seek food elsewhere to eat again! Radisson should be ASHAMED of themselves. But don’t blame the bar staff in the hotel bar, these people were working hard, smart, and better than the “Italian” at the other side of the hotel. I won’t come back to this hotel for this very reason, a travelling man has to eat!

5 /5 Kuldeep Dave: Had falafel platters, as I am strictly vegan the staff Mr Nash really helped me a lot, he specially made sure that oil is separte fry and I get 100% vegan on my plate.. I really appreciate his hard work.. he is always smiling and helping.. keep it up

1 /5 Mark Henninger: I have just arrived for my three-day stay at this hotel. The room itself is decent. The only off-putting thing that happened was one of the coat hangers had something sticky or gooey on it, but all in all, just a small, maybe a little bit cramped, maybe a little bit dark, but generally clean room. The problem that Im having is with the hotel bar, which I went downstairs to visit because Im hungry and thirsty, and I just flew across the Atlantic. But, unfortunately, when I asked the server if I could sit at a table or if I needed to sit at the bar, they said, sit at the bar. And so I did, and then I sat at the bar, and I kept sitting at the bar, and that same server started coming back from tables and putting dirty glasses and plates in front of me. And none of the multiple bartenders acknowledged me in any way, and multiple customers pushed their way up to the bar and placed orders or insisted on paying. And I just sat there, and I watched, and I took some pictures. And then I went and I complained to the host who came back and I think spoke, or I know spoke to one of the bartenders and the host said they would take my order. Still not acknowledged, I sat there for several more minutes, and then decided that this is ridiculous and that when service starts off on such a wrong foot, really, theres not a lot that can go better from that point, and I just decided that I had to leave out of frustration. No point in complaining further. I mean, I dont want to stare at dirty plates, napkins, and glasses and basically be treated as a non-person. Try a little bit harder, Radisson. That experience was about as bad a first impression as you can create.
