Tony Beckwith The place doesnt look to appealing from the outside, wouldnt say it was the cleanest shop inside either odd scattered chips and chicken crumbs on tables and floors, but its acceptable. The guy serving the food was friendly and approachable . Prices are all reasonable although wouldnt say the food looked totally the freshest..but the chilli sauce is very good and very spicy if you like a bit of hot with your food... overall much better places available..bang average

We’ve been a few times over the last two years, taking advantage of the EARLYBIRD50 offer, which gives you 50% off when you bowl before 11:00 on weekends. I’m not a morning person, but you can select the latest time slot of 10:50 and still benefit, so that meant we were able to bowl for under £20, with 3 adults and 2 children! This discount even works on the family bowling deal, which already gives you a saving of 5%, so it really is amazing value. You must purchase online in advance for these discounts. This particular visit was even better than normal as I won the game (haven’t played that well for ages) and I then enjoyed a couple of games of pool, which, again, I played really well in, winning the first, but losing the second. The other adults and kids in our group also had fun, playing some of the other games in the game area - air hockey is always a favourite. On this visit we had a couple of portions of onion rings and a bowl of fries, with soft drinks. The food is pretty basic but reasonably priced for this type of venue, which is also true of the soft drinks. Staff at the venue are friendly and helpful, it is well laid out and the noise levels are generally good, even in and around the game machines. The toilets, lane areas and tables are also kept well maintained. The venue is upstairs, with lift access and I’ve never known the lift to be out of service, which is reassuring for those who struggle with, or can’t use stairs. It’s also easy to navigate around inside and some lanes are fully accessible. Plenty of parking outside, which is free of charge. We really like it here and will keep coming.

Chelsea Mendham I had a fantastic experience at the Dagenham McDonald’s Yesterday, all thanks to Sana! From the moment I pulled up to the drive-thru, she was incredibly welcoming and professional. I was asked to park up, and Sana actually brought the food over to my car herself. She had a genuine smile on her face and made sure everything was 100% correct and piping hot. It’s rare to get such high-quality, personal customer service at a drive-thru, but Sana really went above and beyond to make the effort. She’s an absolute credit to the Dagenham team! Ajibola Myself and my partner visited on a Saturday and the food was absolutely amazing, flavoursome and with good portion sizes. The customer service was great and the ambience of the restaurant was chilled with good music playing. We will definitely be visiting again!
