5 /5 Dan: We decided to have family dinner at Kai’s on our way back home from a visit to West London & were delighted with our choice. Our hostess, Sandy, welcomed us with a smile & it was a real pleasure chatting with her during our stay. The food was all top quality & portion sizes were great. Standout highlights were the Sizzling Mongolian Lamb (super tender - if it was on the bone it would have simply slid off - & the most rich & deep flavour) & the Crispy Deep Fried Strips of Beef. Many thanks to Sandy & the team in the kitchen for a most memorable meal & experience!

5 /5 Amanda El-Kashef: What a charming family run restaurant! The food came out hot and quickly and tasted great! The kids cleared their plates. We had the pleasure of chatting with Sandy who is an amazing human and even engineered kid friendly chopsticks so that they could have an authentic experience. One Im sure they wont forget! 5 /5 NE: This place never fails to disappoint! The food is soooo fresh and tasty! This is now the 2nd time we’ve attended as a business for our lunch as a group! The lovely lady behind the counter is so helpful & love our chats! We love the home made curry sauce I think that’s what won us all over & her lovely hospitality whilst we waited! I cannot recommend this place enough everything is 100! Thank you so much for taking care of us & look forward to seeing you again soon :)

As a lover of Chinese food, I was truly in heaven indulging in their delicious dishes. We ordered a variety of vegetarian, chicken, and prawn options, all of which tasted incredibly authentic and fresh. It was also such a pleasure to meet Sandy, the owner, who personally served us and took the time to engage with our table. Her warmth, inspiring energy, and clear commitment to her well-established restaurant really stood out. Kais’s is definitely worth becoming my go-to local Chinese restaurant. 5 /5 Michal M: The dishes on the new menu are amazing. Choose from a variety of proteins and you can have any sauce you like with it. (The menu must have listed at least 8 sauces). "NoChicken" is also available, in addition to the usual meats and tofu. (The new menu is not on the website. However, the vast majority of the dishes on the old menu are on the new menu.) My chicken lettuce wraps were delicious - perfectly seasoned and stayed hot for quite some time. Would recommend.
