Lemonia - (Near Camden, South East)

5 /5 Amy Mori: Really cant think of anything bad to say about this place. I travel an hour from south London to come here. The food is outstanding, there is nothing they cant do. My favorite is the pork souvlaki. Decided to try some dessert this time as well, loved the orange cake. Dolmades and saganaki both amazing. Really nicely decorated inside too. And the service is fantastic, they are so friendly and attentive.

4 /5 Elena: Such a cute and beautiful space and atmosphere. Food is authentic and tasty. Service is really great and the staff very kind. The owner will always find a way to accommodate you as best as possible. The prices are a tiny bit higher than the average of the area, but the fame of the restaurant could (potentially) make up for it. The portions could be more rich, they felt a bit empty and simple, but food was nonetheless delicious.

5 /5 Tsunami: This place was lovely. In particular I need to point out that the staff were really welcoming and made us feel comfortable. They offered to take our coats, and then one of us had forgotten our phones in the coat pockets and we to get them, but the staff said they can get it for us, AND they asked permission if they can dig into the pocket to find it! Further, they got us our coats just as we were leaving so we didn’t need to ask them. I really appreciated these simple gestures and felt they need to be lauded. The food was excellent. I got the lamb and aubergine dish. Both so succulent and tasty. The vine leaves were lovely. The okra was OK: a bit too lemony for me. Shame that the mousakka use broad beans! Would have liked to try.

5 /5 Rivienna: First time eating here, the food are great, service is top notch, ambiance and atmosphere is lovely. My waiter told me to try the legendary greek wine first as it was unique with a taste of pine and it was helpful - ended up with half bottle of it. Lamb Shashlik with the rice was my fav - flavourful without lamb smell.

5 /5 Ian Bryce: 5-stars all round; went on New Years day and from the outside it looked packed. And was greeted by a huge smile from the front desk. Asked for a table for two and then realised this place was a tardis filled with lots of locals. Food was great and authentic at a reasonable price. Definitely will be back.
