The atmosphere is calm yet functional, and the décor is warm and welcoming. The staff are genuinely kind and cheerful, even very early in the morning. They open at 6:30 am, which makes it a convenient morning pit stop for anyone commuting into central London via Thameslink. There’s a wide selection of English breakfast options, sweet and savoury, and you can even build your own plate by choosing exactly what you want. It’s the first time I’ve seen this level of flexibility, and it gives the place a very homely feel. The food quality is great, and a special highlight is the coffee. They serve Kimbo coffee from Naples, one of Italy’s most respected brands, which easily ranks among the best coffees you can find. The wood‑fired pizzas had a light, airy crust and generous toppings, while the seafood options were beautifully prepared and tasted incredibly fresh. The desserts – especially the tiramisu – were indulgent and the ideal finale to the meal. The drinks selection complemented the food perfectly, with a curated list of Italian wines and refreshing cocktails that added to the overall experience. Service was warm, attentive, and professional. The staff created a welcoming environment, offering recommendations with genuine enthusiasm and ensuring that every detail of the visit felt seamless. What made the visit special was the combination of authentic Italian flavors, cozy atmosphere, and heartfelt hospitality. Dining at Giacomo’s felt less like a simple meal and more like being welcomed into a family kitchen. Catarina Pacheco I just order takeout from the Happy Villa and it was very good. I ordered the sweet and sour prawns and the beef with bamboo, both delicious. The waiter was also very caring. Highly recommend.

Steven Skratulja This place has been open for just over 3 weeks and it was great to see happy and helpful staff providing a great service, not to mention the fabulous tasty pizzas on offer. We loved our 3 course meal with calamari, pizzas and sorbet ice cream and tiramisu to finish off. The lemon sorbet cocktail is definitely one to recommend and the beers are beautiful. Well be back!

Chantel Alexander Oh my god! My only regret I didn’t buy 3 extra burgers for my self!! It is absolutely delicious! Not just your average burger! I will definitely be back and be buying double the order. And the fries !! I don’t know what they season it with but it is gorgeous. Very nice friendly service! And the chilli sauce ! THE CHILLI SAUCE!! IS OUT THE WORD !! I’m so glad we have this new spot on the block! So worth it.
