4 /5 Deb Ludford: First time for us in this particular Nando’s. It’s new to the area. Ordering via the app seems to be encouraged. Very little staff contact, felt quite impersonal really. Not sure how staff are supposed to give good customer service and reap the benefits via tips when working this way. The food was as you’d expect. Not overly big on the portion size. We had the all in platter between 2. The toilets were nothing special and in need of staff attention. It’s been a while since our last visit to Nando’s and feel it will be a while before we visit again. I prefer staff that give customer service not faceless technology and no interaction when bringing the food.

5 /5 John Simpson: What can I say? After many years on this planet, this was my very first visit to Nandos—and it did not disappoint! The décor, with its South African-inspired theme, was both vibrant and welcoming. The restaurant itself was clean and bright, making for a great first impression. Figuring out how to "build" and place an order was simple once I got the hang of it. Using the QR code and being guided through the menu options was straightforward and convenient. The staff were warm, friendly, and engaging, which added to the overall positive vibe. I ordered the Sunset Burger with chicken thighs (medium heat) and two sides: tender stem broccoli and chips. I was pleasantly surprised by the burger—it was my first time having a chicken thigh burger, and it was incredibly tender and juicy. The heat level was almost perfect; next time, I might go up a notch. Overall, it was a delightful experience. Big thanks to Amanda and the team for making my first visit so enjoyable. Well done!

5 /5 James Johnson: We have just had the best Nandos in Farnham, probably because we had a free sweet potato fries starter and a half chicken with my spicy rice bowl because I had accumulated so many points. Farnham is a beautiful area and we have had a very relaxing day made better by this great lunch. Staff were very friendly and helpful and everything was super clean. Thank you.

5 /5 Harry Andrews: Really enjoyed my meal here. The manager let us know about the wait time and what the availability was as soon as we sat down. Food was great as to be expected at nandos, by far the most interesting thing was the bottomless peach tea.
