5 /5 Roni Collins: I had a wonderful Christmas lunch today at the Orange Tree pub in Richmond. My friend and I were served the most delicious three course meal , Turkey was amazing! Our waiter Ethan was really lovely, he made us feel really Christmassy. A beautifully decorated table and he even lit a log fire, which was so lovely. All the decorations up , Christmas songs playing , great food and great service…you couldn’t ask for anything better , just excellent! Thank you Roni

5 /5 Dr Dan Thunell DMD: A quick night at the Orange Tree on a layover heading home. Such a cool gem in the heart of Richmond. We had an early checkout and they showed up to make sure we had a little breakfast before leaving. Rooms are Amazon and so comfortable. Don’t pass this one up!

3 /5 Catherine Wright: The room was comfortable but small. The bathroom does need a little maintaining, plug and towel rail. The food was reasonable pub grub. Breakfast was over cooked and limited in buffet choice. Gluten free cereal would be good and a fruit salad rather than just a fruit bowl.

5 /5 Thurgood Dan: Gorgeous small hotel with friendly capable staff. Comfy bed. Restaurant is reasonably priced too with excellent food. Only issue is the TV only has sky so no iplayer etc but this is a minor point. Would definitely stay again without hesitation.

The team were very friendly and polite, and they took our drink orders quickly and efficiently, even though we were a group of around 30 people, nothing was mixed up, which was impressive. The Christmas menu was lovely: the scallops starter was amazing, the turkey for the main was delicious, and the brownie dessert was absolutely bang on. A well-run venue with great food and service.
