4 /5 Nerys Lovegrove: Really good location just off the motorway .Nice clean rooms .Saff are always polite .Do a lovely brekfast in the willow farm . Next door .

5 /5 alan waters: The hotel appears to be fairly recently either built or refreshed. The rooms are comfortable with plenty of space and well fitted. The lift is a bit of a struggle to find at first (it is on the corridor with the rooms from 3 upwards) not in the stairwell as you would expect. The attached restaurant is nicely laid out and the staff are super friendly. Food is typical chain type food but seems good.

5 /5 Sheree Hartwell: We have just stayed here for a family party at the golf club down the road. We had a family room and 2 extra rooms for family. The service was absolutely amazing! Laura, could not have helped more! She was so lovely, making us feel really welcome. When we turned up the family room was missing one bed, Laura made the bed up immediately and was apologetic about it, although honestly, it really wasnt a problem as she was so nice about it! Thos premier inn has recently been renovated, and its done really well. The bathroom is really lovely! Will definitely stay again as near family. Thank you!

5 /5 Julia Shuter: We had the best stay. Staff were all so helpful kind and friendly made us feel so welcome. We arrived as strangers and left as best friends. Monica and Laura went out of there way to make us so welcome. We felt as we were all one family thank you so much. We eat nx door in table table. Staff there were so nice helpful kind couldnt do enough to make us feel welcome. Julia, Sarah Michael ❤️

5 /5 Kevin Walters: Comfortable bed and pillows. Rooms are quiet. Breakfast and evening meal, great value for money Staff at the reception were extremely welcoming and helpful i will definitely stay at Willow Farm Premier again
