4 /5 alkin12345: Visited the Purple Café & Restaurant in Wood Green for breakfast with my brother. I live locally and have always wanted to pop in for breakfast or lunch.
Have passed by many times over the years and after visiting regret not popping in sooner.
Really friendly welcome and service.
The food was very nice, and portion size was plentiful (Enough to fill you up for the morning and afternoon)
Something that really impressed though, was how clean the condiments on the table were. Most Café’s sauces, salt/pepper sellers always seem to be very greasy to the touch, but all were in pristine condition here.
A small park opposite makes for nice viewing as you eat.
The only drawback was in ordering a set breakfast, which comes served with Tea or Coffee and Bread or Toast, I was charged for the Tea I had on top of the set breakfast. Maybe an oversight on the day.
