5 /5 C B: Absolutely lovely place to have a chat and a drink. Amazing decor and food. Special thanks to Mr. Seb, Ms. Kerry and Mr. Romaine, and the great and friendly Chef Mr. Christian and Ms. Juden, who were spectacular preparing the food in the kitchen. Happy hour from Monday to Friday, from 4 p.m. until 7 p.m.

2 /5 Helen N: Did something die in the toilets? Maybe it was the chef? The toilets smell horrific to the point of being unusable. This makes me doubtful about the hygiene standards of the establishment. If your toilet smells like there is a corpse under the floor I don’t suppose you are too bothered about how clean the kitchen is. Which brings me on to the food. Chaotic and disappointing are words that immediately spring to mind. It was a very simple order 5 roast dinners and 2 burgers (as there was no salad - why offer a salad if you don’t have the ingredients?! Was the vegetable shop shut?!) We ordered our food at the same time and requested that it all comes together pretty easy yes? No, no it wasn’t. The person in charge of the kitchen seemed very stressed and had to be frequently reminded of our order my friend had to go to the bar twice to ask where her dinner was and explain again what she had ordered. Our food arrived in lengthy intervals and was very disappointing. I wish I hadn’t bothered. The bar staff are lovely and looked embarrassed. The beer selection is very good. Just don’t order food or use the toilets and you’ll be fine.

3 /5 Maki S: What a great place ! Food delicious, lots of choice but had 2 sides cos mains are high calorie. Appreciate that every dish has calories listed - thank you. Padron peppers where perfect though needed lots more salt - easily fixed; the cauliflower bites were ok and even better with the rocket that came with the peppers. Portions a good size too. Very satisfied. Interesting ales enjoyed by my companions. I had the Rhubarb & Mango cider - really delish, refreshing and not too sweet, I was so surprised ! Staff are very lovely, toilets didnt have the bad smell mentioned below, liked the outside seating for a vape, inside seating was comfortable and hey not cramped ! Enjoyed the background music - interesting and not too loud. One caveat though - wouldve given you 10 but for this - one of our group is in an electric wheelchair and couldnt get in ! The ramp is far too small so very steep - even with burly help it was impossible. Lady and her partner had to go back home - how disappointing ! In this day and age shame on you ! Even a non-electric wouldve had difficulty and many people have electric now. So cos of this Im giving you 6 instead of 10. Hope you get this sorted very soon. Please can you stock Cazcabel tequila coffee ? The Patron you have is definitely the best but also very pricey !

5 /5 Flora Russo: Had a brilliant time here. The service was excellent from start to finish. Seb was incredibly knowledgeable, friendly and just genuinely nice to chat to. He gave great recommendations and made us feel really welcome. Great choice of food and beers. The atmosphere was spot on with really good background music that added to the vibe without drowning out conversation. You could actually relax, talk and enjoy the experience. Great food, great service and a really good atmosphere. Would happily come back and highly recommend.
