Sabrina S I’ve been coming to San Marino in Brixton for years and it has always been one of my absolute favourite spots. It’s a family-run café and you really feel that warmth every time you walk in — the staff are genuinely welcoming and make you feel at home. The food is consistently amazing, especially the breakfasts, which are some of the best in Brixton. Everything is always fresh, well-cooked and generous, and it’s the kind of place you can rely on every single time. I’ve brought friends and family here over the years and it’s always the first place I recommend. I also love that they now have a bar in the evenings — the cocktails and atmosphere are brilliant and it’s become my go-to spot before and after gigs. Every visit reminds me why I keep coming back. Always leave happy, full, and already planning the next visit.

Zahraa Every-time me and my family get hungry we always come here. The food is affordable, sooo good and always a hit. I end up going every Friday without even realising just to treat myself for surviving the week. Their burgers are so good and we always order that. Definitely will continue to buy from here. Staff are also very polite and respectful

Eddie Montalvo We have tried many different spots like this and Noko by far is the best all around. Every dish on the menu is prepared with delicious flavor and care. You can taste the care and love in their food. We have been here 4 times in 7 days. The Dan Dan noodles are delectable and you can’t go wrong with the spicy cabbage. 10/10. Will come back every weekend. TAKE MY MONEY!!!

Dan Calladine Good Japanese food and drinks. I popped in for a quick dinner and really enjoyed the special donburi rice bowl (with squid, prawns and kimchi) with a draught Asahi. The menu is extensive with noodles, okonomiyaki and more, plus lots of choice in drinks including sake and beer.

Elias P Not only is the food really incredible, but the service is really full of love. They always do their best to find as a table, even though it’s fully booked. We had the special sole fish; daal, paratha, keema, prawns and for starters the puri. It was like a trip to india. If you’re not a fan of alcohol you should definitely try the coconut ginger lassi. Lionel T Tasty Caribbean fusion food at reasonable price. Big portions - 3 tapas dishes was too much for one person! Staff are friendly and the owner stops for a chat with patrons. King prawns, cod fritters and empanadas were tasty.
