5 /5 BR W.: Got Good deals on uber eats. The chicken wings are great, tasty and crispy. Burger was small but good value. Chicken bites and jumbo tenders portions were quite small won’t get them again If no deals

1 /5 Emily: Not worth it! Visited your store today at 12 lunch time, the shop was empty i was the only customer but my food took 22mins for the 1st meal. Considering i ordered 5wings meal twice, first meal took 22mins and the second meal came out 7mins after considering it was the same exact meals. Only to be served raw chicken wings! Will not be re visiting again. The flavour of the wings was basic too much coating, the crinkle chips had more taste (peri seasoning) then the wings!

5 /5 Omar Chow: The girl behind the till was very helpful in explaining the menu and suggesting what me and the missus should get and making sure we don’t have any allergies to anything. I also noticed she was constantly doing something like checking up on all the customers if there was anything else she could do for them, and regularly cleaning the toilets, which she did twice during our meal which was very nice to see as we come quite picky with certain restaurant as their not all clean, but we undoubtedly felt very comfortable here. The food was great and service was even better! Will be returning

2 /5 Chev Escobar: The food here is nice and we’ve always enjoyed it, however it’s no longer a family-friendly place. There is a TV that repeatedly plays an advert promoting Krept & Konan’s partnership with Smacks, and the advert includes swear words. They could have easily chosen a different part of the song or even a different song altogether. It’s sad because this partnership is something positive for them, but the way it’s presented has turned it into a negative experience for families. I have two young girls aged 5 and 7 who previously enjoyed eating here, but we can no longer sit in because of the language being played. It’s disappointing, as we really liked this place.

2 /5 L C: Popped in to try the Smack tenders for the first time. The customer service was excellent, but unfortunately the chicken tenders were extremely greasy. By the time I got to my car, which was about a 15 second walk, the bottom of the bag felt oily. When I opened the box, I found three good looking tenders sitting in a pool of oil. It looked like they had come straight from the fryer into the box, with no attempt to drain or shake off the excess oil. It is a shame because the flavour was good and the service was great. I would have given a five star review if not for the oil.
