4 /5 linda: Situated inside the Harbour Hotel we were greeted with a warm and cheerful welcome at the main entrance. The bar overlooks the harbour and although the drinks are more expensive than a typical pub, they come with table service and a bowl of complimentary popcorn. Disappointed that we couldn’t sit by the window as, although it was only late afternoon, all the tables were already set up for dinner.

5 /5 Pardiss on the Plate: Came here as a birthday treat for my 24th, and it couldn’t have been more perfect. We were served by the lovely Mahdavj, who was so accommodating and friendly throughout. We all had the steak , and we’re still talking about how delicious it was, especially paired with the truffle béarnaise. The burrata starter and the sweet birthday cake were amazing touches too. The stunning views over Chelsea Harbour made the whole experience even more special. Thank you for making my birthday so memorable , I’ll definitely be back soon!

A special mention as well to Alexandra, the supervisor, whose leadership and attention to detail were evident—she ensured everything ran smoothly and checked in with a sincere, food also amazing1000%recommend I will be back soon

2 /5 Rachael M: We have visited the restaurant on several occasions in the past with our elderly guests and the staff have always been very accommodating and friendly. Unfortunately our experience this time was very different. Despite making the reservation in October, nearly two months before we were due to have lunch there, the manager was not expecting us. She suggested that our table of five squeeze onto a four-top because there were no other tables available. There was a table of five on an eight-top next to us. Two of our guests are over 97 so their comfort is paramount. We said this was not suitable and the alternative we were offered was a table in the adjacent restaurant which was completely empty - not the Christmas lunch atmosphere we were hoping for. Again we said this was not acceptable and the manager started rolling her eyes at us, talking about us to her colleagues and finally begrudgingly moved another table so our guests would be comfortable. The managers attitude was disappointing and not what we have experienced previously - organisational skills in managing the bookings more carefully (how much more notice than two months do I need to give?) and customer service skills clearly need some work. On a more positive note, the girl that was looking after us was very friendly and the food was very good.
