5 /5 Hannah Louise: I have eaten here on a few occasions now & I can honestly say it’s some of the best food I’ve ever had! The hash is hands down incredible amongst the nachos and many others, the roast dinner is also one not to be missed, I’d recommend the beef. The atmosphere, staff & overall vibe cannot be faulted.

5 /5 Siobhan Saunders: Okay, it’s my second time in this pub! The last time I was here, I had fish and chips, and it was the best that I had in a long while. I definitely recommend you coming here. The roast that I had today was absolutely amazing and good value for money. The staff were really nice and accommodating too. I will definitely be coming back here again.

3 /5 Reece Maguire: Honestly the food brought this down for a 5 to a 3. Staff were amazing. There was plenty of staff on. Super friendly. One staff member who was brunette female with a striped white vest was really nice. Beers were great and guineas was really good. But the food was just awful. We ordered just small plates. Thank god. We ordered white bait, chips, “wings” and burnt ends. The whitebait was floppy and soft where most times it’s crispy. But still tasted good. The burnt ends looked like someone ate 3/4 of it already. Chips were just decent. Same you’d expect from buying then and oven cooking yourself…. and the “wings”… I don’t know how they call them wings. It was simply two boneless pieces of chicken. Breaded with some sauce on top. We paid £35 for the food and was 100% Not worth it. Only thing that saved this place was the staff

5 /5 D Florence: We sat down at The Crown on a Saturday afternoon for lunch and were not disappointed. We ordered the homemade pies, one chicken and mushroom and one steak and ale. The pies took their time but once they arrived we both agreed the wait was well worth it. The pies are very obviously homemade, extremely homey and delicious, filled to the brim with meat. It all feels super high quality and hearty, and so filling! The best pie weve ever had probably.
