5 /5 Chaz Josephs: Great restaurant -- best Indian Ive had in London. Im originally from Bradford so trust me when I say I know a good curry house. Im actually shocked by how quiet it has been when Ive come in with my partner. There are cut outs of newspapers where this place has won awards for its food. All I can think is it needs a bit better marketing. Both times Ive come with my partner, weve come in for the banquet menu which is on a Monday and Thursday. This is a great deal where you get a poppadom with dips, any main, any side and rice or naan for £12.99. The servings are a really good size as well. The staff are friendly and very professional. The place has a really classy feel to it. I would strongly recommend.

I ordered a chicken dansak and what I received was sour, overcooked chicken that arrived cold. Absolutely disgusting. The only reason I ordered from this place through Uber Eats tonight was because my regular go-to, Spice of Life, doesn’t sell cans of Coke. I was really craving one, so I thought, just for a change, I’d try something different. How wrong was I? Not only was the food awful, but the one thing I actually wanted — the can of Coke — never even arrived. My usual, Spice of Life, is easily one of the best Indian restaurants I’ve ever had, and this has just proved the lesson: stick to what you know. To make matters worse, I couldn’t even get a refund. Absolutely shocking. Never, ever again.
