The Inn at Emmington - (Near , South East)

Joanna Outstanding service, ambience and food. If I could give 10 stars I would. I went from north London to here to try on a recommendation and I have to say I wasnt disappointed.. Vas and his team were amazing. No rush in ordering despite being a busy Sunday, Fathers Day. We didnt know what to choose as there were some delicious items on the menu. A special Fathers Day menu too. We went for mixed grill for 2, crispy duck salad and mains were roast lamb, mixed grill and beef stifado. The pictures do not give it justice for the taste and flavours. We will return and I so recommend if youre in the area or fancy a day out whilst visiting Surrey try Galu. Thank you all at Galu.

Amir Rasul The burger fiend in me needed to check out the new local burger spot on the block and so off I popped on a weekday evening wanting try a selection of their offerings. I tried the truffle smash, the jalapeño thick burger as well as the onion smash. I was really warmly greeted by the owners who seemed to take alot of pride in their new place and were keen to show off their burger skills. They also threw in a portion of their chips - not fries, chips. Freshly cut potatoes that were cruncy but pillows soft on the inside. I was now properly excited to try their burgers, having been further titilated by the sight of them forming their patties fresh from a container of meat. The place itself was spotless. The burgers came out glistening, clad with properly formed crusts and I must say I was pleasantly surprised at how good they were. It must have been at least a 75/25 meat to fat ratio as the juices were flowing - an epic sight. To my surprise out of all the burgers, the one that was my favourite was the thick patty burger. It was juicy and properly meaty. Their prices were quite reasonable for west london as well. All in all, it wasnt the best burger Ive ever had in my life, but it was a very solid burger offering. Very comforting to know that they arent too far away. These coupled with the amazingly warm hospitality and the cosy shop made for a really good experience. Only thing I could pick out was parking maybe abit of an issue as there isnt any directly outside the shop but plenty available nearby especially in the evenings. Just visited this place again and their thick burgers are the oneeeee. I had the chilli version and the cheetos flavour. Cheetos was a little too cheeky for my liking but the chilli burger was spot on. Dripping in juices, the veg inside added to the overall experience without overpowering and it was a substantial burger.

Alyssa Burnett We loved this little place. They have just about everything you could want on the menu, including some of the best blueberry pancakes weve had in a long time.. was there a hint of cinnamon in them? So good, fluffy, and warm. We loved the fresh orange juice, the porridge was incredible, and they had great beverages (we got a latte, coffee, and a matcha). One of the best parts was the fact that it was in a park so my toddler could run around and come back for random bites when she pleased. There were tons of dogs around and so many activities so it was like breakfast and entertainment in one.

Jacky l The food was absolutely delicious, and huge portions. Staff very attentive but not intrusive. All the staff very friendly and helpful. We were given takeaway boxes so we could take all our leftovers home. 5 boxes in total between 4 of us. Whether you eat in or takeaway the quality of the food is exceptional.

Steven Hatton-Pocklington We both ordered Cod & Chips. It was one of the best fish and chips Ive eaten for a long time. Proper homemade chips too. Great Value too! Our bill was £23 for 2x Cod and Chips, 1x Large Fanta and 1x Large Coke. We will definitely eat here again when were in the area.
