Anna K Cozy and place neither have fresh made cakes with tea or coffee, or having food from the canteen. Besides, you got little shops where you got all kinds of gifts, especially what I like was own made soap, candles, etc - love some lux fragrance soap I got myself. Recommend.

Danny DWFC Red Chilli is my favourite Indian in Dorking by a mile. I’ve never had a bad meal the food has always been spot on, the restaurant clean and tidy, and the value for money is brilliant. The staff are genuinely some of the nicest people you’ll meet; they couldn’t be more welcoming or helpful. I’m going again tonight and had a look on here beforehand, and I’m honestly amazed at some of the comments because they just don’t reflect any experience I’ve ever had. Everyone has different expectations, but for me Red Chilli has always been consistently excellent

J N We had a brilliant Christmas meal at the Burford Bridge Restaurant with our group of 20 – honestly, the best one we’ve had in years! The food was lovely all round, the service was great (our waitress was an absolute star), and they handled the gluten-free needs for the coeliac in our group perfectly – everyone was really happy. The prawn cocktail was fresh and tasty with plenty of sauce. The turkey was cooked to perfection with gorgeous rich gravy, and the carrots had a subtle curry flavour that was surprisingly delicious. The chocolate torte was indulgent and properly rich – a fantastic way to finish. I’d seen some mixed reviews online and wasn’t totally sure what to expect, but it turned out to be fantastic. Definitely recommend it for a big group celebration!

Joanna Tong Walked in on a random Wednesday morning as two clueless tourists looking for breakfast around the hills. We were the first and only customers. Served by the lovely owner herself (I assume that was who she was?) - had great coffee and Eggs Benedict while husband had the traditional breakfast. Were greeted also by the two sweet cats from next door (who had breakfast with usā¤ļø). A warm and cozy start to the day. Thank you

Tom St. A very nicely executed British comfort food venue with something for everyone options. Atmosphere is nice, set in the Village section of the Beaverbrook resort, a five minute drive through the forest from the main house. Decoration very classic, and service from all staff excellent. We had a new born baby in a pram and our dog, they were very accommodating and gave us a lovely corner table which had lots of space. They even gave our dog a bowl and his own tim of treats. The whole establishment is very child friendly (as is the whole Village section of the resort). A nice addition to the two other restaurants and a very easy going setting but with the usual Beaverbrook touches.

Isabella Gill Have been quite a few times to this pub and the fact it has a whole separate vegan menu is very special!! It is also very thoughtful — have had the vegan pizza, vegan nduja and vegan roast. 2 things to note — the vegan roast and vegetarian roast are both Ā£19.50 although the vegan roast does not come with a yorkshire pudding which is disappointing — price should be changed to reflect this? also if you come on a Sunday book well in advance
