4 /5 Zarathustra N: Lovrly local pub with friendly serice and roaring log fireplace. Great for walkers around Gidalming area. Good food to be had - very decent menu and food cooked beautifully. I had veal marsala - the sauce was heavenly

5 /5 Courtney Greeley: We had such a lovely evening at The Withies Inn. Our group of eight started in the bar sampling a few of their gins — a perfect way to kick things off. Dinner was excellent, with most of us ordering the beef Wellington, which was beautifully prepared. The service was friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. The atmosphere inside is charming and exactly what you’d hope for in a proper British pub, and the gardens outside were a wonderful surprise, beautifully kept and peaceful. Highly recommend for anyone visiting the area!

4 /5 Hannah: I stayed in the Treetops room for one night. It was clean and staff were extremely friendly. However, the door had no blind and the heating hadn’t been on so leading straight to the outside it was quite cold. The room has steps also so not suitable for disabled access. Good choice for breakfast and lots of parking all round. Lovely B&B but I wouldn’t say 5 stars.

4 /5 matthew mcmanus: We had a stay over for one night and really enjoyed our stay. Landlord was really welcoming along with friendly and attentive staff. We had dinner reservation and the food was delicious. Breakfast was ok but well under cooked for most people’s taste. Despite the breakfast shortcoming I would recommend The Withies for a genuine old charm retreat and a momentarily escape from the madness.
