Tried & True - (Near , South East)

2 /5 w elisha (ahsvle): Had high hopes for a cute neighbourhood cafe, but our meal came up to around £50 for the pictured food and 2 coffees which would’ve been fine if the prices were justified but they absolutely were not. Cold ham, unseasoned potato and chorizo, near hard-boiled eggs and the coffee was so-so. It was such a massive disappointment and don’t think we’ll ever be coming again. The only reason this isn’t one star is because the waiting staff were nice.

5 /5 LS: Breakfast was lovely, same as service! Blend of coffee smooth and rich of flavour. My French Toast with bacon was exceptional. I adore places with fresh and delicious food. Portions generous. Very friendly place.

5 /5 James Neil: A fantastic destination for a delicious brunch or just a quick coffee. The staff are friendly and the food is delicious. This cafes attention to detail is second to none; they even recently sent a Birthday card with a discount card which was a wonderful surprise. It is important to recognise locals loyalty and this place certainly does! My partner and I look forward to visiting you soon.

4 /5 Tim Iredale: A thoroughly lovely cafe that we often go to for brunch. The staff are generally very friendly and attentive and its certainly family friendly. I often have the big breakfast which comprises several tasty elements such as mushrooms, bacon, beans, toast, potato chunks, sausage and really nicely done egg (I opt for scrambled).
