3 /5 R J: Seated quickly, although the girl numbered our table wrong which confused the next two people who took our orders. Food came quickly, the duck dish was good but my vegan noodle dish contained hardly any vegetables which seems really mean considering it’s a vegetable based dish. Ordered two green teas which never appeared. Wanted to order some dessert but couldn’t get the attention of any staff to order. So we paid on the app and left.

5 /5 Philippa Saunders: I visited for the first time to any wagamama in this branch. The staff were friendly and attentive, and explained everything well to be as a newbie. I chose a duck donburi which was delicious and filling. Fresh and tasty, and the duck itself was a generous portion. I like you can pick and choose to your taste. The chicken gyoza were lovely. Only critique is the booth space is small, but thats a corporate choice to maximise seating and not a reflection on the location. I will return as I was very impressed with my first visit. A shout out to the staff at this location for the service

4 /5 Elizabeth Varghese: We had gone for late lunch on a Saturday afternoon. Wanted to have some good ramen- we had chefs special beef brisket and pork ramen -both were delicious and decent quantity. We enjoyed the pork bao bun as well- crispy and tasty. Only drawback was service- we had to ask 3 or 4 times to serve tap water, but they forgot to give and was only brought when we were about to leave. And also while paying the bill, the table number given to us was wrong initially - food is good, but can improve on the service . Parking is available -its inside leisure centre.

5 /5 Louise ODoherty: We went on a Saturday afternoon at about 5:30, two adults and two children. We were greeted pleasantly at the door and seated in an available booth towards the rear of the restaurant. Our server asked if we had any allergies, which I do, a peanut allergy. On receiving this info, she said our order had to be taken by the manager. He arrived a minute or so later, a very pleasant and personable guy. No request was too much. He gave up lots of information, including telling us that all Wagamamas restaurants are Nut free, which reassured me. All of my order was put through first as it has to be prepared by the head chef. And the rest of the order was taken quickly afterwards. They even catered to my very fussy autistic daughter, removing certain ingredients from her curry dish. My main arrived minutes after the order was taken and our starters followed shortly after. The food was so fresh, in particular the squid balls for started were so delicately flavoured and delicious. We all thoroughly enjoyed our meal and this made my two childrens first visit to Wagamama a memorable one. They have both since asked to go back! P.s. Breakfast in Tokyo cocktail is a winner!!

5 /5 Paul Ceccherini: Went for a birthday meal with parents and in-laws and had a wonderful time. Service didnt feel mechanical, it was personal, the staff were well organised and manager was visibily conducting the teams. First time in a long time i wanted to leave a review as one is worthy to recognise the excellent time we had there. Food was good, delivered in a timely manner and with a conversation, not a dump and run you get in so many places. Only issue we had being on a table near the door was the cold breeze when other guests left the door open, maybe a spring mechanism could be fitted or use the inner door? Anyway a lovely time had and very happy to recommend.
