Bessie Coates We have been loyal to Saathi for 3 years and will never go anywhere else! We love it there, takeaway/ or dine in the staff are so kind and friendly, they go out of their way to look after us and we don’t care that they don’t serve alcohol anymore! You’re going for the delicious food! The chicken badami saag, lamb madras and the dansak are our favourites. Thank you Saathi we love you!

Sarah Iwata Great food and fantastic atmosphere. Pizza was very authentic and fun for a large group. Pasta strangely arrived a little late but did not matter - was perfectly cooked with fragrant sauce with a little kick of heat, our 9 year old cleaned the plate. We’ll definitely return or get take away - no more pizza chains for us!

Bahar Ali A lovely local café with a great atmosphere and good food. Always feels clean, welcoming, and relaxed — perfect for bringing young children. I enjoyed a scrambled egg on toast with salmon. My toddler described the paste for kids as delicious and they even smashed some avocado for my baby to try. We all enjoyed a bit of the extra chocolatey muffins! One of those places you can genuinely feel comfortable and enjoy your time. Highly recommend.

number nine I haven’t visited a Prezzo for a very long time and was highly impressed by the atmosphere. In particular Annie was outstanding I’m new to the area and made me feel really fabulous. As I’m cutting down, I wasn’t prepared to have a desert however when she brought the desserts over of my mouth wartered delicious. Thank you Annie for making me feel welcome in the restaurant. We had a great time.

1956gooner This is my favourite pub in Enfield. I was here when it opened at 11am so was the only customer. This is a traditional pub, downstairs there are three sections to it and they have an upstairs function room. In addition there is a lot of exterior seating some of which is under cover. They do sell food, check out their lunch special menu of one starter and one main for £15.95 (Mon-Fri). They have three cask ales and a large selection of gins. Between 4pm and 7pm they have a special on beer buckets, 5 bottles for £20. Going on previous experience this pub does get busy evenings and weekends. The location is great, in the market square next to the church (5 minute walk from Enfield Town station). If you visit Enfield I certainly recommend this pub.

Rinnah Kamwanga I visited Tasty Gyros in Enfield Town Today after school around 3pm to try gyros for the first time, and overall I had a positive experience. When I entered, the place wasn’t busy and the staff were friendly, welcoming, and polite. I ordered a chicken gyro for £8.25 as a takeaway. The waiting time was reasonable, and the staff kindly asked if I needed a bag and cutlery, which I appreciated. When I got home, the packaging was secure and well-presented. The flavours were enjoyable — the tzatziki had a nice, fresh yoghurt taste, the chicken was well-cooked and tasty, and the bread was soft, which I really liked. Although the chips were a bit soggy and dry, it didn’t take away too much from the overall experience. Overall, my first time trying gyros was a good one, and I would consider returning.
