5 /5 Liona Williams: A few weeks ago, I recently visited Baba Ghanouj in Kensington after a friend brought me here and it was such a fantastic experience.
This is my first time ever having Lebanese food. We had a delicious starter, which were absolutely delicious fresh, full of flavour and beautifully presented. The portions were generous and perfect for sharing which set the tone for the rest of the meal.
For the mains, I was genuinely surprised by the portion sizes, especially considering it was the lunchtime menu. The plates were far larger than I expected, and the quality of the food matched the presentation. Everything tasted authentic and well-balanced. It is such great value for food.
For starters, mains and drinks, the total came to around £35 for the two of us, which was incredibly reasonable given the quality and atmosphere. The service was excellent from start to finish. Everything arrived quickly, and the staff were attentive without being intrusive. In particular, one young lady who served us stood out she was warm, professional and ensured everything ran smoothly throughout our visit.
The atmosphere was lively and electric, making the whole experience feel special yet relaxed. I live in another city but when back in London I will most definitely be returning to show my husband and family!
