2 /5 JandS King: Started off nice and peaceful evening with the piano playing. This was the calm before the storm. Because a big group of drunk men came in yelling and were SAT RIGHT NEXT TO US. Normally I would not blame the restaurant for these circumstances but it was quite empty with lots of big empty tables where they could be seated not disrupting anyone. The main was delicious but the oil the baji was cooked in needed a change. Overall was pretty average probably wouldn’t go back.
5 /5 Linda Page: Went last night for family pre Christmas meal. Lovely relaxing atmosphere, very pleasant staff. Nice menu, good wine list.
The meal was excellent , the portion sizes generous, my stuffed chicken masala just melted in your mouth.
We went midweek at 7pm and it was lovely & quiet so we were able to have a nice leisurely catch up.This is definitely a restaurant that I want to go back to.
5 /5 Terry Massey: Best curry house in Chislehurst! Excellent food and fantastic atmosphere with excellent entertainment provided by their in-house pianist - Makes all the difference!
4 /5 I POWELL: First time eating here , came with work friends, nice clean restaurant , good atmosphere, they have a live pianist at front of restaurant, unusual for an Indian establishment.
Service was a little slow, but we was chatting, so was ok.
Food was nice , but most of us felt the curries were Not spicy enough, lacking that heat you expect from a curry.
1 /5 Alan Riley: Would never go back. Every time we go it’s like they’ve got the hump with you. Not a single smile from anyone especially the two older fellas. I can’t believe anyone would want that experience. Our two friends said the same as well. We paid in cash, came to around £150 for 4 people, we had around £8 in change and we felt like they was keeping the change as well even after £12 in tips. I had to chase them up for the change. Enjoyed the food but nothing else. We will avoid at all costs
Praj Such an amazing experience! The moment we Walked in, we felt welcomed. The food was incredible and also rich flavoured, perfectly spiced and beautifully presented. Very friendly staff. Highly recommended!
Mira ODonnell It was our first time visiting and we had a delightful dining experience. Our son loves the Gurkha Salmon Makani and my favourite was the Sherpa Lamb. The lamb was flavourful, succulent and tender. Naan was fluffy and fresh. The manager and staff were very attentive. Service was top notch, keep up the good work! Would highly recommend.
Aaliyah Golazi Lovely little spot with a really warm atmosphere. The food was fresh, well-presented and full of flavour — you can tell they take pride in what they serve. The staff were friendly and attentive without being overbearing, and everything came out quickly. Perfect for brunch or a casual meal with friends. Definitely one of those hidden gems that make you want to come back again.
Liz Ockendon We visited today at lunchtime and had such a lovely experience. We were running late after getting caught on the motorway coming from Canterbury, but when we called ahead the team were really understanding. We arrived about half an hour after the call and were greeted by a very polite gentleman who seated our party quickly.
The restaurant looked like it was at full capacity, so we did wonder if we might have a long wait — but thank goodness for our lovely waitress! I didn’t catch her name, but she was absolutely amazing. She seemed to be running our whole section on her own, yet remained so calm, friendly and attentive throughout. We didn’t have to wait long at all.
Our food came out hot and was really scrummy. All five of us had a really lovely lunch.
Thank you, Tigers Head — and especially a big thank you to the wonderful waitress who made our visit so enjoyable! :)
Eletherios Kinigos Lived in the area for 30+ Years, by far the best kebab in the Chislehurst/Bromley area. Real homemade chilli sauce, clean tasting meat not drenched in oil. Chicken shish is superb. Service always fantastic and reasonably priced. Highly recommend.
