1 /5 Roseline O: The customer service experience has been extremely poor. One of the lady’s who is light skinned with perching has consistently displayed a negative attitude, appeared disengaged, and used inappropriate language when speaking to customers, which is unacceptable and unprofessional.
In contrast, another member of staff who is older and short has consistently provided excellent customer service. She is polite, welcoming, and maintains a positive attitude, which greatly improves the customer experience.
I believe this issue requires attention, as customer service standards should be consistent across all staff.
