Ferhat Kartal I had a fantastic experience at Ephesus restaurant. The food was absolutely delicious and everything tasted fresh and well prepared. I ordered the lamb chops, and they were cooked perfectly — tender, juicy, and full of flavour. You could really taste the quality of the meat.
My friend ordered the ribs, which were also excellent — soft, rich, and beautifully seasoned. Another friend tried the çoban kavurma, and it was amazing as well, full of traditional flavour and cooked just right.
The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, and the service was friendly and professional. Burak and the waitress were amazing — very attentive, polite, and made us feel comfortable throughout the evening.
Overall, it was a great dining experience and I would definitely recommend Ephesus to anyone who enjoys quality Turkish food. I will certainly be coming back again.
