S Purja It has been a tradition in our family to order from mc china wok away for many many years and had always pleased. However, the new man behind the counter is extremely rude and has foul manners it has ruined the entire experience. He shouted at me and was very condescending for not knowing that they do not do a ‘non-spicy’ ribs in curry sauce and proceeded to ask me why I don’t know that. The order was also messed up. Unfortunately they have lost a loyal customer.

Adam Griffin Second visit and was better than the first. The golden pancake is devine and the vegan spring rolls out of this world. Service is great and super reasonable. One of the best restaurants on upper street. Go try you wont be disappointed. Lovely vibe too it’s actually atmospheric not just bright light.

Keeva Butler A lovely tea shop with some delicious cakes. We stopped whilst doing The South Downs Way walk and had a delicious cream tea with beautiful homemade scones, jam and clotted cream. Would highly recommend this place for a light bite and some lovely sweet treats.
