George Manolache We went here a few times and tried a lot of dishes, absolutely amazing. It’s very clean, family oriented, drinks are spot on. They even serve Efes on tap, shots and cocktails.

They offer a fantastic variety of fresh, high-quality seafood at reasonable prices, making it perfect for sharing with friends. The Essex oysters, in particular, were absolutely delicious. Jo Loft We had the most wonderful dinner at The Pig in Madehurst while celebrating our 40th birthdays, and it truly made the occasion feel special. From the moment we arrived, the atmosphere was warm and relaxed, and the food was absolutely fantastic—beautifully presented and full of flavour. What really made the evening stand out, though, was the exceptional service. Grace looked after us brilliantly throughout the meal—friendly, attentive, and genuinely enthusiastic, which made the whole experience even more enjoyable. Dan, the manager, also went out of his way to make sure our celebration felt memorable, which we really appreciated. It was the perfect place to celebrate such a milestone, and we left feeling thoroughly spoiled. Thank you to the whole team for a fantastic evening—we can’t wait to come back!

Vinoth Rajendran First to Reading and heard much about House of Flavours from my friends and Im from Birmingham. I couldnt believe it was packed on a Tuesday night! I ordered the Chilli Garlic fish and papadum as a starter and jumbo prawn biryani for the main course. I have to say, the food was amazing. The service was exceptional, despite the restaurant being busy. Mr. Nithin asked about the food, and thanks to the manager who also came to our table for a check-back. I couldnt find any fault. I went all alone but never felt like I was alone. The brownie was phenomenal too! Considering I was there just one day, Id definitely recommend it. Great value for money. Nithin explained that they have a buffet during weekends, so Ill visit next time for the buffet.if I get a chance to visit reading.
