Hugentobler Max After days of classic pub food – fish & chips, burgers, steak pies – we found ourselves at Borough Yards, unsure of where to eat. The kids were tired and just wanted to sit, and as we waited opposite the restaurant, I decided to take the lead and walk us into Parrillan.
It turned out to be a brilliant choice. The Spanish dishes were a refreshing change from our steady diet of British comfort food. Fresh, vibrant, and full of flavour, every plate reminded us how much we’d missed Mediterranean cooking. The atmosphere was lively but relaxed, and the staff welcoming – exactly what we needed after a rainy day.
Sometimes the best decisions come from instinct. Parrillan Borough Yards gave us the perfect break in our food journey and showed us a different side of London dining. A great spot to recharge, for adults and kids alike.
