5 /5 Noah Darsley: Went here for a lunch on my ride around the Isle of Wight the burger was absolutely incredible it was the southern fried chicken cooked to perfection. The guy at the bar was funny and friendly , the bathroom was spotless and on the small size.
5 /5 Marion Evans: Today we had our first Sunday Roast at Framptons and what a delight it was. I opted for the Braised Beef and my husband had the Roast Belly Pork and Crackling. The meals came with all the usual trimmings ~ carrots, parsnips, roast potatoes, broccoli, cabbage, yorkshire pudding and gravy but the beef was definitely the star of the show for me. So tender and full of flavour! The portions were very generous. After a short breather we ordered dessert. We decided to have some American pancakes with berry compote and ice cream and we werent disappointed. Very nice and very well presented. The staff were friendly with just the right level of attentiveness. The atmosphere was very relaxed and welcoming. I would recommend and we will definitely be back.
4 /5 James M: Hardly noticeable from outside, this small wine bar / restaurant on the High Street has an interesting lunch and dinner menu and the food is very good. Its tight modern seating inside and theres nice outdoor terrace. We had their Sunday lunch and it was great. We tried the slow cooked lamb and the pork belly, both were delicious and came with Yorkshires and nicely cooked vegetables with great roast potatoes. The crackling with the roast pork was amazing. For dessert we had the white chocolate bread and butter pudding and the Apple and Salted Caramel pudding, both were really lovely, well presented and accompanied by lovely custard. Decent wine list. Nice coffee, nice people.
5 /5 Jessica Nod: We were looking for somewhere nice to eat while visiting Bembridge and found this little gem. We werent disappointed at all. We ordered the sharing platter which was really generous and so tasty, everything was seasoned really well and so good. Even the fries were seasoned well and crispy. The southern fried chicken burger was also enjoyed by our son. Would highly recommend. Service and food very much enjoyed. Thank you!
5 /5 Juliette Crossin: We walked into Bembridge to go to another restaurant but when we got there it was closed. This turned out to be a stroke of luck because we stumbled across Framptons instead! Lovely meal, really chilled vibe and very friendly.
tapaswini mohanty Nice food and nice people. Neatly packed with good portion . Thank you for customising the spice level for my kid! We have tried almost everything from here. My most fav is Pav bhaji ! Worth trying ❤️
Jason Morrison Absolutely top-tier fish and chips. The fish is perfectly crispy on the outside and flaky on the inside, with light, golden batter that isn’t greasy at all. The chips are fresh, hot, and seasoned just right. Portions are generous, prices are fair, and everything tastes freshly made. This is how fish and chips should be done. Easily one of the best spots around. I highly recommend.
Carlan Toons The service here is beyond description. The only word I could even fathom to apply to it is exceptional. Despite making an order outside of the delivery zone, I received my delicious, warm food for no extra charge. This isn’t simply a quality restaurant. It’s a pioneer of the culinary arts and a shining display of African pride through and through. To order from anywhere else would be a waste of time. Excellent service, quality food and an owner with a friendly demeanour and kind spirit. The efo riro is one of a kind.

Sonny Johnson We had a fantastic meal here. All four dishes we tried were absolutely great and the portion sizes were very generous! The white wine we had was also excellent for a cheaper option on the wine list. Staff were friendly and very good with my girlfriends nut allergy. The atmosphere of the restaurant was very nice, the service was not rushed and courses came out at good intervals. The quality here was genuinely surprising- Ventnor has come a long way in culinary terms!
