3 /5 Serene Dubois-Lee: I had Chinese food for dinner against my better judgement and I’m really not proud of myself. We were lazy to eat out so I thought to take away some fried rice and fried noodles which surely couldn’t go too wrong. But turned up at the restaurant and was swayed when I was shown a Chinese-only menu. In my experience such a menu for only Chinese people should be good - but I couldn’t be more wrong. The duck horfun soup was still edible, but the Mala chicken noodles was just oil and a pile of bones. I guess I had images of Tsui Wah’s Mala chicken rice noodle soup in mind and the reality shocked us all. The meal was not cheap either. So in such provincial Chinese takeaways I would advise one to stick to safer dishes like fried rice and noodles. Meanwhile I do not know if the owner was having a bad day, but a little smile once in a while surely wouldn’t hurt.

4 /5 Asmal Ovrouv: I have been passing by this restaurant, on my way to work and back for the last three years and I was snobbish about it! Today, New Year’s Day, we decided to have a takeaway. New year, new habits, let’s try something new. It was a good tasty freshly cooked option! Thank you! We will be back!

1 /5 ashton schaerer: Absolute shit show! They took about 4 hours to deliver my food also had a long black hair in my food and the chicken was raw. When i rung up about it the guy hung up the phone on me. Really bad customer service and food. Sort it out!

1 /5 K Gordon: Got food poisoning from here as well as an overall poor customer service experience. They forgot to add their 50p surcharge for card payments under £10. When I came back to collect the food 15 minutes later, I was informed and they refused to hand over food until the payment was made, as if it were my fault. Once realising their machine would not allow 50p card payments, she charged me £1.50 and returned me £1 in cash. Absolutely pathetic to go through swings and roundabouts to rectify their own 50p mistake. Discourteous staff, would not recommend.

5 /5 Bruce Bolt: Ordered the "chicken with green peppers in chilli sauce" for takeaway. Wasnt really sure what the dish would include, but asked for it to be spicy. They didnt disappoint. Both green and red chillies, plus bamboo shoots, water chestnuts, carrot, onions, green peppers and red peppers in a spicy sauce. Huge portion, both the rice and main dish trays were completely full. Food was hot and ready for collection earlier than the timescale given online. Would definitely go back if Im in the city.
