Sharmine Rabbani This new cafe was incredible. Everything is spotless and thoughtfully laid out, making it a genuinely lovely place to relax. I ordered the shakshuka, French toast, matcha and the chicken and waffles, and every single dish was exceptional. The shakshuka was rich and flavourful, the French toast was perfectly soft and indulgent, and the white chocolate matcha was smooth with just the right balance. The chicken and waffles were a standout, crispy, tender and beautifully presented. You can tell how much care goes into their food, both in taste and presentation. Service was quick and attentive, and the staff couldn’t have been kinder or more accommodating. Overall, an amazing café with delicious food, great vibes and top-tier service. I’ll definitely be back. Highly recommend!

Lauren Williams A lovely, inviting and unpretentious cafe and deli with an outdoor space. It is very well organised inside so it has quite a tranquil feel to it despite selling many products. Its really easy to browse for what you need. Each time I have been staff have been really tranquil and friendly. Its almost like visiting a little bit of Italy and inside feels very far away from Herne Hill. I wouldnt imagine it would be easy to get a buggy in here but I would say that the cafe would be enjoyed by children and adults. A buggy could be folded ig needed. There is a large selection of milkshakes and pastries. There is authentic foccacia which is a real treat. The hot chocolate I had here was absolutely delicious. The whole shop smells delicious really! Ill definitely be back just before a school pick up and judging by the amount of customers visiting both times I went so will others.

Harry Ring Have eaten here a few times now and always really enjoyed it. The food has always been perfect and staff are lovely. Its usually quite busy - I guess its popular with people staying at the Heythrop hotel as its the closest pub - but its never heaving. Id say you still need to book, but thats the norm for pubs round here now .

Richard Dewar Having read some of the comments here, I was in two minds as to whether bothering ordering a takeout from this place or going to another. Having spoken to my brother, he said he’s not had any issues with them, so I went ahead and ordered some food via their website, which was well presented and easy to navigate, (including payment). I selected a delivery time as part of the ordering process and five minutes before the allotted time a delivery driver arrived with the food. There were no issues with the delivery and all the food ordered was present. The actual food itself was as good as I could remember from the last time I had a takeaway from them - it was all cooked properly and still hot. The crackers weren’t stale either! Despite the negative reviews posted here my experience was totally different and I’ll be using them again.
