1 /5 Esther Jombla: Very disappointing experience. I entered the shop and was not greeted by any staff. When I placed my order, I was informed that the card machine was not working.
A young boy appeared to be managing the situation, while an adult—presumably his father—remained seated at the back and did not assist. I waited for around 10 minutes without any updates about my order or the delay.
There was a clear lack of communication, and I had to inform other customers myself so they were aware of the situation before ordering. Following this, the adult approached me and spoke in a manner I found inappropriate and unprofessional.
Overall, the service was disorganised and lacked basic customer care.
