5 /5 Royber Fert: The place was recommended by a friend who told me that I dont need to be a member at Virgin Active to access the coffee lounge, I went there today with my kids and I really love how appealing the place and how clean and nice. We ordered food for kids and coffee drinks. taste is really amazing , kids also likes smoothies and wraps that tasted very fresh. Staff very dynamic energetic and friendly . I will definitely visit again. A good place for a day out with family or friends. You really made my day , thank you

5 /5 Rick Tank: Good food, quick and quite healthy. Friendly and fast staff. Lots of space and not bad coffee either. A nice spot in an area that is lacking decent food or coffee. Always love the chicken quesadilla.

2 /5 Fiona Chan: The staff is polite but feel as if they are being forced to work. It was better at the beginning when the cafe was first opened but the service has gotten worse. And they work in slow motion. We always have to wait a long time to have someone take our order but it’s fine though what i can’t ignore is I just had an uncooked muffin for £3 - it was mushy and felt like could be cooked in the oven for another 20mins. There was water leaking from the muffin and it was disgusting unfortunately . It’s such a shame as being the only cafe in the area. They could have taken the opportunity to really shine.

2 /5 Tarryn: As a South African who used to frequent Kauai back home this Kauai was such a disappointment and an embarrassment to the food chain. The mango lassi was tasteless probably due to using unripe mangoes as it had a powdery taste. I got the princess wrap with steak and 50% of the wrap was made up of mayonnaise, it’s so overpowering that you have to scrape the excess off. More disappointing than that was the actual steak, it’s so tough and hard to chew that I had to spit it out as it would’ve choked me if I tried to swallow it. The steak just wouldn’t break up no matter what. You can see what I mean by the photos. If you’re reading this and ever travel to South Africa and see a Kauai, please don’t be put off I promise you that the food quality is 100000x superior than this. Kauai in the UK will not see me again
