In London we are spoilt for choice when it comes to Chinese restaurants but Poons on Waterloo Bridge, inside Somerset house, is stunning on every level. The service was friendly and helpful, the restaurant was warm, welcoming and tastefully decorated with many photos showing off the Poons long and distinguished past.
Ive added some photos to show the different dishes we tried. Everything was fresh, tasty, full of flavours and very morish. The scallops were the best Ive ever tasted. The The claypot rice, was recommended by my companion. He is from China and told me it is even better than any clay pot rice he had eaten in China.
