The issue is the overall customer experience at this location.
No matter the time of day or day of the week, there are consistently homeless individuals positioned directly outside the entrance asking customers for money. I fully understand this is a sad and complex situation, and this is not a criticism of those individuals themselves.
However, in practical terms, it makes collecting orders increasingly awkward and uncomfortable, particularly when using drive-through or app pick-ups. When you’re simply trying to collect food, or picking up on behalf of someone else, being repeatedly approached can detract significantly from the experience.
This isn’t a one-off occurrence, which is why I’ve left this review. While the food and staff are generally fine, the environment around the restaurant has reached a point where it impacts comfort, ease, and willingness to return.
I hope the company can work with local charities, support organisations, or relevant authorities to find a more balanced solution that considers both community welfare and customer experience.
