3 /5 Kitten Vlogs: The food was quite yummy compared to general quality of nandos food, the interior and atmosphere was cozy and cottage like making it very welcoming. The service was mediocre however. A lady came to serve us with the usual nandos rundown when me and my partner went. We obly ordered one meal since i wasnt hungry and my partner was, after serving the meal she took our menus away as normal, this waitress then came back to ask if im gonna order anything while seeing im eating my bowl of chips and knowing my partner went to the counter to order the food and she had already confirmed we ordered everything we want when she took the menus away. People can be tired sure, but if she can see we are both eating and havent flagged her down she has no need to ask such a question. Felt very intruding.

5 /5 Farah Rajabali: The food and service was great. The lady at the front of house was very friendly and welcoming (unfortunately I cant recall her name). Amrutha served us and she was very accommodating. Highly recommend this branch of Nandos.

1 /5 S Kumar: I am very concerned about food safety at Nando’s Kingston. I purchased a Double Chicken Pita and found visible mold on it. After taking a bite, I experienced symptoms consistent with food poisoning. This is extremely serious and could have caused significant harm. I have reported this directly to Nando’s and expect a full investigation into hygiene and food preparation standards at this restaurant. Customers should be cautious until this issue is addressed.

4 /5 Juliana Turnbull: Nandos has a variety of dishes that are served quickly and in a relaxed environment. The Kingston restaurant is a short walk from the center of the town. It was clean and the staff friendly. I would recommend coming here for a quick bite with family and friends.

Zohaib was extremely polite, professional, and attentive throughout my time at the restaurant. He made sure my order was correct, checked in at the right moments, and maintained a friendly and welcoming attitude that really enhanced my experience. It’s clear he takes pride in his work and represents Nando’s very well. Please pass on my thanks and recognition to Zohaib—he truly made my visit a great one.
