I absolutely love the place — the atmosphere is warm and welcoming, making you feel right at home. The food? Absolutely delicious! From the wide variety of options to the amazing staff who are always ready to help, everything was top-notch. You can really feel the positive vibes from the people around you — it just adds to the joy of eating there. I highly recommend trying Nando’s at least once in your life. Whether youre a fan of mild flavours or spicy heat, there’s something for everyone. Five stars from my side!

1 /5 Steve Usher: I have been a customer for over 20 years, from back in South Africa days, but what happened has ended that relationship in my eyes. Over an hour on the phone, after being told by deliveroo to call them about food sensitivities/allergies. The most condescending hold music while "waiting" to speak to the restaurant that never answered the phone, not even the poor people I spoke to in the support centre were able to get a hold of this place. I was on hold so long my order was delivered, proving there are people there. What I have taken from this is pretty clear, from what they say on the phone and from the lack of response from the restaurant....if you have an allergy or food sensitivity go else where as they honestly dont care...they make it clear on the phone they cant do food sensitivity, and well no idea what this restaurant thinks as never got to speak to them. A restaurant that does deliveries that doesnt answer the phone...yea. My advice is avoid this particular restaurant if you want someone that even remotely cares about their customers, or is willing to talk to them, and avoid nandos entirely for gluten sensitivity.....after 20 years it sucks but this has been a truly horrid experience and well, this post is just the start.... To the owner I see responding to all the reviews, if you are going to tell me to get in touch directly....do me a favour and reread what I wrote...after two calls and being on hold for over 50 minutes combined...why would I ever try again

5 /5 Greg: Very good. I ordered food for collection son review based on that. I ordered the Double Chicken Burger with peri salt fries. I chose my time slot which was the next available and in 20 minutes. I turned up a couple of minutes before and was greeted by a very pleasant and friendly member of staff. The food was ready and the member of staff very keen to make sure I had all that I needed including extra sauces and double checked the cutlery was there. The food was very good, tasty chicken and the sauce and salad were good, as was the Bun. The fries were nice too, and not greasy which is a big thing for me as cant tolerate a lot of saturated fat. Food was still hot by the time i opened it up in the hotel room. All very good.

5 /5 JJ: This is definitely the best Nando’s I’ve been to. The staff were absolutely amazing and so accommodating. The food was actually delicious, perfectly cooked chicken and it wasn’t burnt. The manager (Mariangela) was so nice. Honestly if I come back to MK I’ll definitely be coming back to that Nando’s. Thank you for such a wonderful experience.

1 /5 Maria Sajid: Went in here to buy some mac n cheese which we buy regularly from other nandos chains as my toddler dosent eat the chicken properly. Was given a portion size equivelant to about three spoonfuls. When taken back and asked to look into it why they added a pile of cheese to bulk it up. When asked further about this we were told to take it or leave it. The manager disappeared into thin air and we were left with a portion of cheese and a side of macaroni. Absolutely Unacceptable service which shouldn’t be compromised based on the size or cost of people’s orders. I’ll be making a direct complain too as the staff here are not adequately trained to provide a service
