5 /5 blacklotus808: Me and my girlfriend went here for date night and the food was amazing. The restaurant was very aesthetically pleasing, the Service was flawless. Especially the waitress Veronica who was very kind and professional. I would totally recommend eating here and will definitely be back soon.

3 /5 Hannah Shadrach: The staff didn’t have one smile of their face while serving us, they gave off the impression that they didn’t want to be there. We accidentally ordered the wrong thing and told a lady staff member that we didn’t order this and she said “well that’s what was on my screen” and then proceeded to walk off. Our food wasn’t what we expected and wasn’t presented very nicely. There was only one member of staff that made an effort with us and had a chat with us unfortunately I didn’t get him name but he was a younger man.

Eventhough it was extremely busy, the service they provided was excellent and worked efficiently to get orders done as quick as they could. A special shoutout to the manager on shift, the hostess, and myles in particular did fantastic tonight.

5 /5 Bharat arora: Had a great experience at Nando’s Reigate! The food was delicious; perfectly cooked chicken, fresh sides, and everything served just the way we like it. But what really stood out was the service. Kim, our server, was absolutely lovely. She was friendly, attentive, and made us feel genuinely welcome from the moment we arrived. It’s rare to see someone who takes so much pride in making sure guests are happy. My wife and I both left with smiles, not just because of the food, but because of the warm service. Big thanks to Kim for making our visit memorable!

2 /5 Ryan Tarrant: Usually always have a really good meal here and Luca and Sophie are always good but they was seriously let down by their staff today. Despite it not being busy we stood there waiting for ages before a staff member who was casually leaning against the side was asked to serve us. A staff member who’s names starts with H and ends in Y who decided this meant she had to do some work, Rolled her eyes and proceeded to take us to our table which again despite it being empty tried to place us next to the only other table that was busy. We asked to move and again met with a room of the eyes. We was taken to the table and basically menus was nonchalantly put down. Basically “any allergies” and walked off no politeness, no eye contact no have a nice meal. then we proceeded to see why, another staff member who’s name starts with an M and ends in S has just come in and holly went running off to give him a big cuddle. Too worried about getting to M/S rather than the customer that needs serving. My burger then turned up cold, for five minutes I tried to grab someone’s attention to let them know but by after five minutes gave up. With three quarters of the meal done a staff member came to ask my partner how the food was for which we proceeded to tell him about my cold burger and his reply “oh I’m sorry about that” and then just walked off. I get staff our young and trust I’ve been there but you should not have staff prioritising going over to cuddle a fellow staff member than paying customers. It was very disappointing…….
