The new menu is fun and tasteful with the option of ordering your own style of tasting menu. We sat as a couple at the Kitchen bar area and enjoyed watching the Chefs cook and plate and come to explain the dishes as they came to us.

The evening felt intimate yet buzzing — elegant without being stiff. The highlight for me was the “cut of the day”, which was easily one of the best cuts of meat I’ve had in my life. Perfectly cooked, beautifully seasoned, and full of flavour. But what really stood out was the consistency across everything: outstanding wine, thoughtful and refined sides, impeccable service, and a warm, confident atmosphere that makes you want to linger. Every detail felt intentional, and with the best quality and detail. This is true Michelin-level dining in Mayfair — elevated, confident, and deeply satisfying. Ideal for special occasions, but tempting enough to return just because.

From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the attentive hostesses at the entrance, setting the tone for the night. We started off by having some cocktails at Bar Antoine. The Christmas-themed menu was a real highlight, and the cocktails were not only beautifully presented but also truly delicious. We were then seated at the counter, which offered a view of the kitchen in motion. Seeing the chefs work was fascinating - they were incredibly busy yet remained calm, precise, and perfectly synchronized. It felt like watching a well-rehearsed choreography unfold. The cuisine was both imaginative and showcased thoughtful combinations and impeccable presentation throughout. The service was polished yet personable and the waitstaff were kind, thoughtful, and attentive without ever intruding, making the entire experience truly unforgettable. A special shout out to our waiter Joseph and the incredibly talented Chef Benjamin. The breathtaking Christmas tree in the foyer is a must-see which adds to the seasonal elegance. Pavyllon is a truly remarkable example of quiet excellence - we look forward to revisititing.

From the moment we arrived, the service was impeccable - warm, attentive and genuinely thoughtful without being overbearing. Every member of the team made us feel completely looked after. The food was outstanding - beautifully presented, full of flavour, and perfectly balanced. Each course was refined yet comforting, showcasing incredible technique and top-quality ingredients. The atmosphere was elegant but relaxed, making it the perfect setting for a leisurely lunch. Its rare to find a place that gets everything right - food, service, and ambience - but Pavyllon London truly delivered on all fronts. Cant wait to return!

5 /5 Gabriel Gutierrez: I had the privilege of dining at Pavyllon London as part of my New Year Day dinner. I decided to order à la carte, though there is a tasting menu of 4 or 6 course. Each plate was perfectly concocted, balanced… the te textures were exactly where they needed to be. It’s definitely a piece of art. You look at the plate and you almost don’t want to eat it, so as not to destroy the piece of art. However, each bite is heavenly! The service is impeccable, outstanding! I definitely recommend Pavyllon London to anyone looking for a fine dining experience.
