5 /5 Sevjen Ali: With lovely Aneta, who served my daughter at a birthday party. Was very friendly and approachable. I would highly recommend a birthday party here. All the staff seem organised, even amongst a birthday party chaos! And were attentive to all the children. My daughter left very happy!

1 /5 Teshmat Toshmat: The B guy who is aged around 50 ((parking issue) very clever- teaches where to park your vehicle and gives you dislike in food delivery platforms). However, couriers wait long time always more that 20 minutes and for this customers also dislike couriers for delivering late than they have expected! That is the way how restaurants thank to delivery partners!

1 /5 Rajendra Singh: We ordered a couple of pizzas via the Just Eat app that were clearly labelled as vegetarian. Despite this, the pizzas delivered to us contained pieces of beef (photos attached). We do not consume non-vegetarian food, and this presents a serious health concern, as our bodies are not accustomed to meat. More importantly, this incident has deeply hurt our religious beliefs. As practising Hindus, we strictly do not eat beef, and receiving it in a meal explicitly ordered as vegetarian is extremely distressing. What is particularly disappointing is the complete lack of response from either the restaurant or Just Eat for over 24 hours. The explanation that the restaurant prepares both vegetarian and non-vegetarian food is not acceptable. If vegetarian options are offered, strict separation and accuracy must be ensured. This incident represents a serious failure in food handling, quality control, and customer care, resulting in a complete loss of trust. We will not be placing any future orders with PizzaExpress.

He went above and beyond to ensure that my daughter and I felt welcomed and comfortable. His attentiveness and positive attitude truly enhanced our meal. Thank you, Tom, for making our visit so special!

1 /5 Paula Holloway: Manager kept instancing on asking if we wanted more drinks to the point we wanted to leave as she was ruining the atmosphere and our family meal. The waiter kept taking plates one at a time so we felt rushed. Was meant to be a nice meal but we ended up leaving and wont be returning.
