5 /5 Raida Nazmul: During my stay at Premier Inn, I had a very comfortable experience. The room was clean and well arranged, and the room service was quick and polite. Everything was delivered on time and properly organised. The breakfast was also enjoyable, with fresh food and a good variety of options. The dining area was neat and welcoming. Overall, the service and food made my stay smooth and pleasant.

They made sure everything was well organised and were happy to assist whenever needed. The breakfast itself was enjoyable and a great way to start the day. 5 /5 S M: I have to say thank you to Sian and Reece, as someone who just walked in and asked to use your toilet facilities you both were very obliging and understanding, As soon as I walked in I was greeted and made to feel welcome, when I asked to use the toilet there was no hesitation and both was very polite, Basically the service I received at the front desk just for asking to use the toilet I can only imagine the type of service I would receive staying there as a customer and definitely would recommend this Premier Inn, would definitely go back to stay or just to have a breakfast. 5 /5 S Kassam: I had an amazing stay at Premier Inn. Everything was clean, comfortable, and really well looked after, which made the whole experience relaxing from start to finish. A special thank you to Ay and Reece, their service was absolutely exceptional. They were both so friendly, helpful, and professional, and really went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect for me. It honestly made such a difference to the stay. Couldn’t have asked for better service. I’ll definitely be coming back and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone! And hope to see Ay again!
