4 /5 Mr Vadym: The food is not bad, the prices are hotel-like, but the service is not the best.

3 /5 Andrew: We booked through The Fork for a 50% discount. Reviewing the bill, the restaurant waiter said that they could not see our booking via The Fork. The attitude was poor too, this is an affluent area of London, you should not speak to customers in the manner that we experienced. Anyway, they will need to improve as there were 2-3 tables of customers at lunch time.

2 /5 Jay S: It’s not great. The menu felt like a bit of a lie. The salmon starter stated it would have caviar with it but this was not the case. The seafood linguine stated it had calamari in it however this was also not the case. The bolognaise was really well seasoned and tasted very fresh. The service was okay however as soon as we were done eating we were given the bill straight away and felt like they wanted us to leave even though the restaurant was pretty empty at 9pm with a few tables still there. We didn’t complain when we were there as we couldn’t get anyone’s attention which was a shame. I think it’s quite over priced without the Fork deal sadly. Has a lot of potential but just let down by a few things.

1 /5 Maria Lowry: Myself and my mother booked an afternoon tea here. Walked in and was completely empty and the waiters had no clue we had a booking, they stared at us with the most blank expression, we ended up just leaving because it was dead anyway

1 /5 Alex Galatis: If I’m being honest I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone. For being a 5 * hotel, the service was not acceptable. The waiter got the drinks wrong when I asked for a wine, an aperol spritz was brought out. Missing fries with food which was brought out 10 mins late, cold food sitting there and we asked for a plain burger which was given out wrong. When we asked the waiter he didn’t apologise for the mistakes and argues with us which is not how you should handle paying customers especially when the prices are quite high for what you get in return.
