1 /5 The reviewer: Only here for one night stopping in mk stadium thought whats for tea indian sounds good google reviewed this place thought ok lets go for it so heres my views on the meal I got a chicken pathia, pilau rice ,plain nan and chips so Chicken pathia 4/10 tasted bland Pilau rice solid 8/10 Chips were 2/10 like mcdonalds chips Plain nan was 9/10 very nice but very small check pics When I got back from a 1.5 mile it was only Luke warm my local is 8 miles away and you still cant touch the tubs So sorry guys I wont be returning

5 /5 David Butler: First time at the rose of India, great atmosphere from the staff, warm friendly and really great sense of humour too!! Throughly enjoyed our meal, and was quiet enough to have a good natter with friend too. Would defo recommend.

5 /5 Phoenix Dover: My boyfriend decided to take me here. As an American, the flavors I like are a bit different from folks from Britain. I told the staff and they listened... and it was better than any Indian food I had in the states! It packed a punch to my stuffed up sinuses (and later my stomach...) but it was also *really* flavorful. Though I probably drank all their soda in hopes of putting the flames out they were friendly! I tried my boyfriends food who actually lives here, and his food was great too. To whoever comes here, at least get some naan. I hope they stay in business for even more decades to come.
