Came here to celebrate an exam with my family and we orded the set menu, it was amazing form start to finish. The waiters Jay and Lewis were well spoken and always happy to help and the food and service was amazing a definitely was fresh and pristine and free prawn crackers too! The owner was lovely and we enjoyed talking to her! Definitely would recommend.
Sheel Food is great. Staff is welcoming. The two guys serving us, (one called Prem, didnt take the name of the other guy) were very polite and courteous. Nice ambience...cosy. Just a note that it can get really busy on match days!
Iuliana Sokolova Had a good two night stay in premier inn Harrow. The location is great as it’s only a 3min walk from Kenton station (Bakerloo line) and a 9min walk from Northwick Park station (Metropolitan line). The room was comfortable, very happy with the bed. It was nice and quiet, despite the hotel being located across the road from the tube station, even though you can hear it during the day, it isn’t disruptive and quietens down towards around 9pm which was a good bonus. Staff are really friendly and helpful
lyn bond Loved the hotel, food was lovely good veggie option. I had an incident and scalded my leg. My daughter phoned reception to ask for a first aider. They showed lack of interest and empathy, instead we travelled 4.5 miles to accident and emergency. I thought at least some compassion could have been show. Update Sunday 1st March had a very kind phone call from Manager Anne Marie, checking on me she was very thoughtful and compassionate. Much appreciated. Thank you
