5 /5 Saira Shinwari: I had a wonderful experience at this Subway! The food was fantastic and the hygiene standards of the shop were great. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming. Most importantly the service was outstanding. Umar was amazing and gave amazing customer service. He was kind and welcoming and asked me what I wanted and made my sandwich perfectly. He also asked me if I wanted anything else at the till. I also had a lovely conversation with him and he was very sweet to talk to. I will 110% be visiting this Subway again soon!!! Thanks Umar and to the Subway as whole for an outstanding experience.

5 /5 Joe: Parking outside, order was taken swiftly, food was made as requested and the store is tidy, and unlike the dockside one I wasnt overcharged, toilets were also clean, no complaints. Used to go to the one in Hoo, but after thats closed this will be my go to.
