1 /5 Calcifer: Quality and quantity have gone downhill. We normally order the sweetcorn and chicken soup however the portion we received today was sour. Tasted spoilt and off. Will not be ordering again.

5 /5 Mishal Khan: Recently visited Sweet Basil in Romford and was genuinely impressed. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere felt warm and welcoming. The staff were friendly and attentive, making sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. The food was the real highlight—absolutely delicious! Portions were generous, and everything arrived hot and fresh. You can really tell they use quality ingredients. I’ll definitely be coming back!

1 /5 Adam Warren: ordered food through deliveroo, but as the restaurant deliver the food themselves you have to rely on there rider without any live updates, after not receiving my food for over an hour I tried calling the restaurant no response because they were closed, spoke to deliver direct and they told me the restaurant "said" without any proof that the rider tried to call me, I had no missed calls and they knocked on my front door which is physically impossible as there is a electric security gate which has to be opened inside the house to get to the front door! Scammed me out of money and food, do not trust!
