4 /5 James Bishop: a very enjoyable family birthday lunch on a table reserved in advance. Everyone enjoyed their food, but not every food option on the menu was available, but we did arrive late so partly our fault. The red wine served was felt to be not in 100% condition. The wine replaced with a new bottle and was enjoyed. Our waitress worked hard and very willingly.

5 /5 Fiona Britton: We had afternoon tea and it completely exceeded our expectations. The restaurant has gorgeous high ceilings and beautiful decor. The selection of sandwiches and cakes were delicious and the staff were warm and friendly, checking regularly if we needed refills. Molly our waitress was really knowledgeable and enthusiastic about the building and its history. We will certainly return. Thank you

3 /5 Alan Wood: Firstly the options for vegetarian meals are limited , last year we ate here and the risotto was excellent but this time the pasta was overcooked and had little to no sauce , the main dishes were undercooked and when our son said he would much rather have mums roast dinner after coming especially to eat there , the last time we went away saying this was really good we must come back but yesterday we left disappointed with both the food and the service !
