Imogen Bramhill Flavourful ramen broth, soft but not overcooked egg noodles. Though the fried tofu was no longer crispy in the soup, it absorbed the flavours and juices making it very tasty. All the toppings (bean sprouts, bamboo shoots, pickled ginger) mixed and added to the dish, and the tonkotsu ramen had pork juices in the soup, with the chashu pork slices melting in your mouth.
Affordable price so good value for money, pretty fast service and plenty of seating considering the small space (looks more like a takeaway than a restaurant), will definitely be returning here!
